Right click on the picture, select "save picture as.." from the menu
Enter the filename to save it as.
Once saved, go to the saved location and double click on the file you just saved.
You should get the full version of the picture loaded into Explorer
If you get any pictures that dont appear or have a little red cross in the corner
You can refresh just the missing picture by right clicking it and selecting "show picture"
